To apply for this program, you need to meet the following requirememts:

1. You are a Bachelor or Master student enrolled at one of the following universities:

  • University of Applied Management (UAM), Germany
  • Riga Teacher Training and Education Management Academy (RPIVA), Latvia
  • University of Cadiz (UCA), Spain
  • University of Birmingham (UB), England
  • Jagiellonian University (JU), Poland

2. You are currently studying in one of the following fields:

  • Psychology
  • Education
  • Business
  • Engineering

3. You have already reached the high level of proficiency in both spoken, and written English (preference is given to students who can submit a language certificate such as TOEFL, IELTS, CET, or PETS, etc.)

4. You are a resourceful, enthusiastic, and passionate about creativ and innovative solutions. Meanwhile you are highly interested to learn about the essentials of the Management of creativity and innovation.

5. You are a communicative, open and internationally-minded team player who is eagier to perform, and work on challenging tasks within an international student community that consists of participants with different academic background.

6. Once you have finished the current stage of study, you may consider becoming part of the Master's program in Creativity and Innovation co-offered by the participating universities.

Application Materials

If you are interested in this Summer School, please prepare the following documents

1. Your Curriculum Vitae, which shall

  • be written in English
  • include a recent profile picture
  • not exceed 2 pages
  • be converted into PDF format
  • be named as: CV_your full name_degree you are currently pursuing_study field_country, for example: CV_John Smith_BA_Psychology_Germany

2. A letter of Motivation, which includes the following contents:

  • your home university
  • your major study field
  • your study level (which degree are you currently pursuing?)
  • your academic (e.g., GPA), and non-academic  achievements (e.g., fields of your commitment outside the university such as arts, sports, other voluntary commitments, etc, which you think make you a good candidate for this summer school)
  • your plan after you completed the current stage of study
  • reasons why you are interested in participating in this summer school and what you can contribute to it
  • please limit the letter's lenght into 2 pages!
  • convert the letter into PDF format and name it as: ML_your full name_degree you are currently pursuing_study field_country, for example: ML_John Smith_BA_Psychology_Germany

3. Along with the materials outlined above, you should also upload an electronic version of the Supporting Documents, including:

  • proof of your English proficiency
  • for applicants currently pursuing the Bachelor's degree: your Transcript of Records hitherto gained in the overall study program
  • for applicants currently pursuing the Master's degree study level: your Bachelor diploma and your Transcript of Records
  • proof of awards, recognitions, different commitments in and outside the university (also in form of an application letter)
  • please name the supporting documents as: theme_your full name_degree you are currently pursuing_study field_country, for example: Advanced English Certificate_John Smith_BA_Psychology_Germany
